PHASE: design development

This modern , Medium sized, 700 sf, two-bedroom ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) extends one of its structural bays to create a generous porch for entry, transition, and relaxing. Cedar tongue and groove siding creates a warm, cozy courtyard, while the metal roof turns down to become the siding, creating a hard, protective shell. 

This ADU is perfect for many backyards, a short term rental, or a ranch house; and can wrap a tree if needed!
