PHASE: design development

This exciting project offers a contemporary look within a classic massing. Within 1100 sf, we designed two bedrooms and two bathrooms that sit above an open first floor plan. The design also incorporates an attached single car garage. On the exterior, these two floors are united with a statement stair covered in standing seam metal that wraps over the roof to the ground. This first floor entry is then emphasized by a cedar tongue and groove siding that invites residents and visitors to the front door.
