PHASE: design development

This 400 sf, X-Small ADU (accessory dwelling unit)  has a size that allows it to fit in almost any backyard. The shape allows if to wrap around the critical root zone of your favorite tree. This project also incorporates a unique wooden shake facade to emphasize the entry off the patio. This casita is the perfect size for a guest house, pool cabana or short term rental.
